Intro
One of my favorite projects at btrax was creating the homepage hero video for our website redesign, a full-screen animation that sets the tone the moment users land. I also contributed to key areas of the site and led design across web, motion, and print, shaping everything from UI to brand content.

Launch Video
For btrax’s website redesign, I created the full-screen hero video that greets users on the homepage. Collaborating closely with our CEO, I helped define the visual direction, developed a storyboard to map out the concept, and brought it to life using motion graphics in After Effects. The goal was to set the tone for the site—capturing btrax’s energy and evolution in a bold, dynamic opening moment.
In addition to the video, I helped build and animate key pages of the site using Framer, translating our wireframes into a responsive experience with scroll-based interactions and card animations. I also configured the backend of the Work page to make portfolio updates easier for the team and introduced a category system to improve user navigation.
Throughout the project, I focused on refining interactions, testing functionality, and ensuring a smooth user experience across both the English and Japanese versions of the site.
